At Elle Bridal Designs, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Terms & Conditions of sale

1) This is a sales contract between the customer, client, nominated parties & the directors of Elle Bridal designs and any agents on behalf of the company.


(2) The company referred hereto is Elle Bridal designs of registered address Unit 8 Fr Mc Way Street, Edenderry. 614937


(3) By completing the Application, you confirm that all information therein relating to you is accurate and that you accept these terms and conditions of service. A staff member will read aloud all the conditions herein.


(4) By accepting the terms and conditions both express and implied you accept you are:
a) over the age of 18 or if under 18 supervised by a suitable parent or guardian.
b) have read or been read to and understood the terms,
c) not under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other impairment.


(5) payment of order.
The nature of custom made dresses is such that a non refundable deposit of 50% of the overall order must be paid before any progress beyond initial consultation & measurements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
The remaining balance must be cleared in advance of goods being released. All goods         including but not limited to, dresses, shoes, fascinators, seamstress equipment, designs, ideas etc are all property of the company until the full balance has been paid.
If monthly/ weekly plans are not met on the due dates agreed you will enter arrears. This can incur additonal fees & charges you will be advised all work will stop immediately and forfeit of money paid to date. If you may feel you are in difficulty please contact a member of staff who will advise you. Payment plans have a maximum of 8 weeks holding after this time deposit and goods are forfeited no exceptions. 


(6) Accepted payments;
Cash, Card, postal order subject to clearance. Receipts issued on  request.


(7) Refunds & returns
Goods are sold as seen with no express warranty. Once the goods are signed as received & accepted in condition stated by customer. Please try on before you leave. The company holds no further responsibility for the goods. Due to the bespoke nature of the goods a return afterward is not accepted. They cannot and will not be resold.
There is no refund or exchange once sold. The company is not liable nor will exchange any items due to growth or unforeseen circumstances e.g date/venue change This does not affect your statutory rights. Items ordered are the items received including sizes on the day of ordering. Please keep in mind when ordering


(8) Cancelling an order.
You may cancel at any time. However cancelling an order forfeits the contract. All work will cease all goods regardless of level of finish remain property of the company. You will lose your deposit and any money paid in upto that point. A part order will not be sold. Ie cancelling 2 of 7 dresses constitutes a full forfeiture. The 5 in this example will only be released if the full balance for the original order is paid. This does not affect your statutory rights

(9) The dress.
All dresses either from designs or pictures will be made to order and to customers size.
Please inform if pregnant or expecting to get pregnant or expect any major size changes between measurement and expected ready date.
The lead time for a dress is subject to line of business and seasonal demands, please specify your required dates and ensure the deadline offered is reasonable enough to allow.
Dress materials, swatches, colour charts,images, drawings are indications only. Please note colours can vary from batch of material. Adding dresses to an order later may not match due to colour variations from manufacturer. The company is not liable for this. Neither the agent nor any employee is authorised to sell raw material.


(10) Jurisdiction & right to change
We have the right to revise and amend these Conditions without notice from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities. There is a zero tolerance policy on bullying, intimidation, theft & threats of any kind online or offline. Staff are instructed to report all matters to Gardaí and to persecute without prejudice. Management reserve the right to refuse entry and or service.

How we will use your personal information. 
We will use the personal information you provide to us:
(a)To supply the products to you & keep you updated on progress;
(b) to process your payment for the products; and
(c) if you agreed to this during the order process, to inform you about similar products that we provide, but you may stop receiving these communications at any time by contacting us.
Phone calls are recorded for quality and training purposes. There is cctv on the premises. All correspondence is electronically recorded and stored on a remote encrypted server.
